The Dormitory for Students of the Medical School in Kosovska Mitrovica was founded in 1957, when the school was built. The Dormitory accommodates exclusively female students. They are mostly students of the Medical School, but there are also students from other schools in the city. The Dormitory is located on the first and second floors of the Medical School and has 30 rooms with a total capacity of 105 places. Students have access to a TV room, a study room, a recreation room, and a library. There are clean and tidy rooms on both floors for maintaining hygiene. The kitchen with a dining room is located in the basement of the building. The Dormitory is run by the school director Marina Biševac and several teachers.
